Carrying out quality checks during ongoing production. Monitoring colour values, documentation and close collaboration with the print team.

As a quality controller, you ensure that every web from our 8-colour flexographic presses meets our high quality standards. You are the link between production, prepress and our customers — and therefore a central building block of our promise.
You work with state-of-the-art measuring and inline inspection technology and document your results in a structured way, so that our print quality remains measurable and reproducible.
Your tasks
- Ongoing quality checks during production
- Monitoring colour values with a spectrophotometer and densitometer
- Checking register accuracy, print image and material properties
- Documenting all quality data and deviations
- Close coordination with press operators and prepress
- Handling complaints and root-cause analysis
Your profile
- Completed training in printing, chemistry or quality assurance
- Accuracy, reliability and an eye for detail
- Confident handling of measuring and testing technology
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and quality-management software
- An independent, structured way of working
- Willingness to work shifts
